This website is run by Wedarala Wellness International (Pvt) Ltd. (“Wedarala”, “we”), Pulathisi Hela Weda Medura, 129/B Wathupitiwala Road, Nittambuwa 11880, Sri Lanka. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

• Give accurate information in the forms you fill in.
• Do not try to gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or interfere with how the website works.
• Do not copy content from the website in bulk, or upload anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.

Wedarala practises Hela Wedakama, Sri Lankan traditional medicine. The information on this website is general and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for consulting a qualified practitioner.

Every treatment is individualised after a consultation with our practitioners. We speak of authentic treatment and improvement — never guaranteed cures — and results differ from person to person.

• Tell your physician about your health conditions, medicines, allergies and any pregnancy before treatment.
• Do not stop or change a medicine another doctor has prescribed without speaking to that doctor.
• Our services are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (in Sri Lanka, 1990 for an ambulance).

A booking made on this website is a request. Your time is reserved only when we confirm it by email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance.

Prices are shown as starting prices (“from”). We will confirm the fee for your treatment before it begins.

An online registration is an application. Your place is confirmed when we confirm it by email, together with payment instructions. Payment is by bank transfer unless we agree otherwise; a deposit secures your place and is credited toward your tuition, and the balance is due as set out on the Academy page and in your confirmation email.

If you cancel, refunds follow this schedule:

You can transfer your place to another person if you tell us at least 48 hours before the course starts. If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or free rebooking within 12 months.

We foster a respectful learning community. Serious breaches of community conduct may lead to exclusion from instruction without a refund.

An application is not a placement. Your placement is confirmed when we confirm it by email, together with any accommodation contribution and how to pay it.

• You must hold valid travel and health insurance for your whole stay, and you are responsible for your own health, safety and any medical costs.
• You agree to respect the cultural traditions, customs and community standards of Wedarala. Serious breaches may end a placement early without reimbursement.
• Please fulfil your scheduled responsibilities and give us reasonable notice if your plans change.

A donation made on this website is a pledge; no payment is taken here, and we will contact you about how to complete it. Donations are used for the campaign you choose, or for our general fund. If you think you made a pledge in error, write to us.

When you share a review or apply for membership, you confirm that what you write is true and your own, and you allow us to publish your review, or your directory entry once approved, on this website and in our materials about Wedarala. We may decline, edit for length or remove content. You can ask us to remove your review or entry at any time.

The text, photographs, illustrations, logo and design of this website belong to Wedarala or to those who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other websites, such as maps and social media, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; the version shown when you made a booking or application applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka will hear any dispute about them. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights the law of your country gives you.
